Why This Training Exists
Practitioners working in the field of sexuality and pelvic health are doing some of the most complex and sensitive clinical work that exists.
The body's pelvic and genital region holds trauma, pain, dysfunction, and profound healing potential — often all at once. Working here with real depth requires far more than intuition and good intentions.
Many practitioners in this field have strong foundations. What this training offers is the next level: deep anatomical precision, physiological understanding of arousal and dysfunction, a structured clinical methodology for complex presentations, and the sexual trauma knowledge that many practitioners — wherever they are in their journey — feel they are still missing.
There is also a clinical safety dimension that cannot be overlooked. Symptoms that present as sexual dysfunction can, in some cases, be early indicators of serious conditions — cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer. A practitioner with genuine clinical literacy knows when to refer, when to collaborate, and when the work requires a multi-disciplinary team. This training builds that literacy.
This rich training gave me deep knowledge and confidence to work with dysfunctions and how to put all the pieces together I’ve learned so far.
— FRANCESCA, GAIA METHOD PRACTITIONER

✶ ADDITIONAL PATHWAY
Graduates of this training have covered the majority of the Prostatic Portal curriculum. With a small number of additional classes and practice cases, and a modest supplementary fee, you may certify as a Prostatic Portal Practitioner after completing this training.
SUPPORT TEAM
The live training is supported by 3 lead teachers and 6 team assistants. This ensures every participant receives sufficient personal attention, and that practice receivers have full emotional and somatic support throughout.
MEALS & ACCOMMODATION
Vegetarian meals with vegan options, mostly organic, are included. Tent and campervan spaces are included in the training donation. Bed options in shared and private rooms are available for an additional €40–€160 for the entire stay, depending on room type.
Curriculum
The curriculum moves from anatomical precision through clinical methodology to embodied practice. Each module builds on the last — by the time you arrive at the live intensive, the theory is already in your body.
Deep anatomical study of the female and male pelvic and genital region — structures, functions, and clinical significance. The precision that changes how you work.
Point-by-point dearmouring of the female genitals (clitoris, labia, vestibule, vaginal canal, cervix, scar tissue) and male genitals. Detailed, reproducible, and clinically grounded.
Comprehensive study of female sexual dysfunctions: vaginismus, vulvodynia, and more — including the LODCCTRAAP clinical framework for complex female presentations.
The physiology of engorgement, erection, arousal, and orgasm. Evidence-based tools to support clients in increasing their arousal capacity. No sexual interaction — entirely clinical and professional.
The psoas as a psycho-emotional and sexual organ — its role in pelvic health, trauma holding, and sexual function. Self-practice and client protocols.
Childhood and adult sexual abuse, amnesia, trauma presentation in the body, and boundary training in sessions. The clinical grounding in sexual trauma that many practitioners are still missing.
Anatomy, function, dysfunction, and disease of the prostate. Prostate massage protocols and the orgasmic prostate — a dimension of male sexual health that is rarely addressed in practitioner training. Male practice clients will come from outside the group for some of the practice sessions.
As a practitioner working in the sexual healing field it is paramount that you have absolute control over the flow of your own sexual energy — can start and stop your own sexual energy flow — for it to become a precise tool, and most importantly to not risk it contaminating a session. Sexual energy leaking into a client will be felt as a violation.
Included With The Training
This is not a manual of protocols. It is a comprehensive clinical compendium — one of the most thorough resources available in this field.
It covers anatomy at specialist depth, the physiology of arousal and dysfunction, the LODCCTRAAP clinical case-taking framework for complex female presentations, sexual trauma theory and practice, prostate anatomy and protocols, and ready-to-use intake forms and palpation protocols.
Practitioners leave with a reference they will return to for years.

Prerequisites & Eligibility
This training is for practitioners who already work with or are trained in a field related to sexuality or pelvic work — and who are ready to go significantly deeper. Whether you are newer to this work and know you need to build your clinical foundation, or you have years of experience and are looking for the depth that is simply not available elsewhere, this training is designed for you.
The prerequisite is relevant experience or training, not necessarily a formal certification or extensive hands-on experience. Practitioners who are newer to hands-on work are welcome, provided they have a relevant training background.

The course was particularly valuable in building confidence in the differentiated and sensitive palpation of anatomical structures, especially the genitals. It helped me develop a much more refined and nuanced perception in this area. I learned to perceive and work with genital structures in a much more differentiated way — not only anatomically, but also energetically. The combination of dearmouring work and breathwork within the sessions opened up a completely new dimension for me in terms of understanding and working with energy movement.
Since completing the course, I have gained a high level of confidence in working with the male prostate — I am able to palpate it clearly, sense its changes, and relate to its energetic opening. The course also provided very solid physiological knowledge regarding sexual dysfunctions and related clinical conditions, which I found extremely valuable.
